Since 2002, I have worked in the spa industry. While enrolled in Ayurveda college, I became a massage therapist at Equinox West Hollywood. Upon its opening, I was discovered by Sundari, an Ayurvedic luxury spa brand created by Christy Turlington. Traveling the world over to educate high-end accounts that included Canyon Ranch, Four Seasons and GHM Hotel Group, I taught Ayurvedic principles and Sundari facial and body treatments. In addition I lectured on its product features and benefits and sales strategies to ensure a successful partnership with our prestige spa partners.
Two years later, I expanded my experience by joining the New York City-based Red Flower, a boutique luxury brand founded by Yael Alkalay. In my role, I worked with clients such as The Carneros Inn, Canyon Ranch Spa Club, Mandarin Oriental and City Centre’s Vdara on its luxurious body rituals and exquisite products.
In keeping with my promise of only aligning with brands that reflect my philosophy of eco-conscious, natural, exclusive, authentic and unique, I joined the team of SpaRitual, founded by the innovative Shel Pink. In consulting to create the brand’s education materials and develop protocols and treatments, I began to educate for the brand worldwide with such accounts as Mandarin Oriental, Ritz Carlton, Setai, La Estancia on site, and for its international distributors globally from Hong Kong to Brazil.
The master educator since 2006, I have become an integral part of the SpaRitual team and am featured alongside founder Shel Pink in our educational DVD. In addition, I work with SpaRitual’s umbrella brand, Orly International, as the brand’s international ambassador, educating for its distributing partners worldwide and setting them up for success and growth in their territory. I continued my work as an educator with SODASHI brand as well as Paris based Spa brand Themae for the US market.
